I served this for T-day at a dinner for 2. I did find the smallest one that I could and I regret that. The appearance may be a little off but once it was tasted it all over. It was tender and juicy not too salty, I reduced the juices and added a little cornstarch just to have something to put on my stuffing muffins. I was excited this morning to see it at my local TJ’s, I will be get one for the freeze just incase.

We had this a few days ago and loved it so much that I went back for another. I got lucky, they had a few left and this is Thanksgiving dinner along with TJ’s fresh made Apple Cranberry Cornbread stuffing.

Surprisingly good! I expected to like it, but this may have been the best turkey breast I’ve had on a Thanksgiving. Really juicy – gourmet flavor – not overly salty. I’m hoping they still have some on this day after TG, as I’ll be going back for another. It didn’t provide quite as much neat as I expected for a half breast but the flavor makes this very worth it, and if serving more than 3 I’d get a larger one, or two of them. Heating it in the oven is the way to go (as recommended). Having my oven freed up all but the 45 minutes heating the turkey breast gave me the day to create some awesome sides, and honestly, a better turkey breast than I have done myself .

Terrific. Had it in my freezer. Looks off after you remove tinfoil but surprisingly it was terrific. !! It was perfectly seasoned. Wish I had another one ‼️

I had this turkey for Thanksgiving 2022. Was not too impressed. It was almost $30 and would never have fed four or five people. Parts of it were a little mushy, probably from being over brined. Mine didn’t have any herbs and I could not taste the garlic. And if you try to brown the skin during the additional 15 minutes, you risk drying it out. So the skin was rubbery and bland. Thank goodness for the stuffing and cranberry orange sauce because that at least added flavor. Won’t be buying this again. I can buy a turkey breast and roast it myself and get the same results.
