My daughter sent me a box from New York to here in Florida. Made it and traveled over an hour to get all the boxes they had in the nearest store in Sarasota.
Then when I went to visit her in New York, we went and got the last six boxes they had on Long Island.
Thoroughly addictive and major league delicious. Wish I knew how to make muffins or biscuits out of the box.
In all we bought about 25 boxes. We are currently hoarding 12 and there are only 2 of us.

I love Trader Joe’s Beer Bread mix. It’s easy to make and soooooooooo good. I add shredded Trader Joe’s Unexpected Cheddar to the mix before baking. I wish they had it year round. Checked again yesterday at my Sarasota Trader Joe’s, not on the shelves yet 🙁 Next time I see it, I will buy several boxes.
