This is perfect for making salads with. Just toss it in a pan with a little oil and it comes out perfectly.

I love kale, but hate the prep work of cleaning and chopping it This kale is perfect for stir fries, soups, or stews. I have no excuse now for not eating my greens!

Great that it’s cleaned and chopped yet there are always tons of thick stems i have to go through and take out- those are not good in salad! Actually more annoying to take out the stems from the bag of chopped kale than a regular bunch but trader joe’s doesn’t just sell a regular bunch of kale and I didn’t want to make another stop

Always lots of thick stems you have to pick out which is really obnoxious for salads. This bag works fine for stews or longer cooked dishes but for salads i buy the cruciferous crunch blend instead
