Has a little too much of a raw garlic punch for my taste. It overwhelmed my sandwich. I ended up mixing it with more mayo and it was ok

Like a creamy dijon with a little garlic- not overwhelming at all. Fantastic as a dip for veggies, on pasta, sandwiches, or whisked with olive oil and red wine vinegar for salad dressing
