Dean –
This is, as far as I can tell, the same chocolate as the huge Trader Joe’s 72% Dark Chocolate Pound Plus bars, but wrapped in small, thin bars. I buy both (the Pound Plus for cooking, these for snacking). It’s an excellent, smooth chocolate that has bested much more expensive brands in informal blind testing with friends.
Baker –
This is a great bar to keep on hand for baking. It’s a perfectly decent middle-of-the-road dark chocolate that will work in all sorts of projects.

Great for snacking on and gifting to your chocolate-loving coworkers.
Chococococo –
Perfect afternoon snack if craving for dark chocolate.
It’s on the sweeter side for “dark” chocolate but enjoyable nonetheless.
Easy to break into bite sized pieces for yourself or to share.
