This stuff is great to whip up in a hurry and throw into a simple salad to make it a bit heartier. You might need to play around with the water to farro ratio to make sure this doesn’t come out soggy, but regardless, this is a definite winner in my book!

I was surprised by what a large grain this is. I put it in a salad with tomatoes, onion, feta and cucumbers and brought it to a potluck. It was a hit!

Very good. My first time eating Farro and I loved it. Added their toasted artichokes, green onions spinach and cilantro. Easy fast and healthy.
