Bland strawberry flavor with spongy chewy texture maybe from the guar gum and locust bean gum on the ingredient list. This Humboldt ice cream cost 3.00 for 1.25 qt or 1.182 L. Has a lingering bitter after taste. I bought the strawberry and mint chip. I will not be buying them again. The Trader Joe’s ice cream is superior as is Haagen Daz.
